Saturation's Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Saturation respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Galactic Fed Corp., a Delaware corporation doing business as Saturation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit our website at saturation.co (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide. When you submit a contact form, request an audit, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, telephone number, and any other information you choose to provide.
Customer Relationship Management. Through our CRM, we may store your name, email address, business name, telephone number, and location. Our team uses this information to respond to inquiries and manage our relationship with you.
Automatically Collected Information. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. Cookies are used to track logins, sessions, and collect traffic data.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to track the location of website traffic, the source of visitors' browsing (desktop, tablet, mobile, etc.), and the total time spent on the Site. IP addresses, URLs visited, and related information is recorded for site traffic analytics and captured as part of normal operation in our server logs. This information helps us understand our audiences and improve our online user experience. Do Not Track. Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

As described above, we use Facebook remarketing, which involves sharing certain information (such as cookie identifiers and browsing activity) with Facebook to display targeted advertisements. Under some privacy laws, this may be considered "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising purposes. See Section 8 below for information on how to opt out.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services for hosting (Webflow), analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising (Facebook). These services may collect information about your use of the Site pursuant to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites; this Policy does not apply to those sites.

Facebook Advertising Preferences. You can adjust your Facebook advertising preferences within your Facebook account settings.

If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide you with certain products, services, or information.
California Residents. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), including: (a) the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (b) the right to request deletion of your personal information; (c) the right to correct inaccurate personal information; and (d) the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information with Facebook for targeted advertising as described above; to opt out, you may adjust your Facebook advertising preferences or contact us. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us.
